  • 1 tablespoon lavender syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Dried culinary lavender buds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew ½ cup of espresso or strong coffee and pour into a serving mug.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine milk, pumpkin purée, lavender syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Whisk continuously and heat until steamy but not boiling.
  4. Froth the milk mixture using a milk frother, French press, immersion blender, or shake in a sealed jar.
