  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp stevia sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 5 oz sparkling water (chilled)
  • Garnish: lemon slice or sprig of lavender

Instructions

  1. In a glass, stir together the lavender syrup, lemon juice, and stevia until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and pour sparkling water over the mixture.
  3. Gently stir to combine everything.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice or lavender sprig and serve immediately.

Notes

For homemade lavender syrup, simmer equal parts water and sugar with 1 tbsp of culinary lavender. Steep for 10–15 minutes, strain, and cool.
