Ingredients

  • 1 cup apricot purée or nectar (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl or blender, combine lemon juice, apricot purée, and honey. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Add a thin slice of lemon or apricot for visual flair if desired.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. Run molds under warm water for 15–20 seconds to release pops. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

You can use fresh blended apricots or canned nectar—just watch for added sugar. For a creamier twist, swirl in coconut cream or yogurt before freezing.
