Lemon Balm Tea for Weight Loss

A refreshing herbal tea made with lemon balm leaves, ginger, and lemon juice to support weight loss and boost metabolism.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon balm leaves (or 1 tablespoon dried leaves)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Place the lemon balm leaves and ginger in a teapot or infuser.
  3. Pour the hot water over the herbs. Cover and steep for 7–10 minutes.
  4. Strain into your favorite mug.
  5. Add the lemon juice and honey, if using.
  6. Sip warm or serve over ice for a refreshing iced detox drink.

Notes

Brew a larger batch and store it in the fridge for a refreshing iced tea throughout the day.
