Lychee Mocktail with Rose

A refreshing lychee mocktail infused with rose syrup and lime, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 tinned lychees
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or your choice of sweetener (optional)
  • 3 oz lychee juice (from the tin)
  • 3/4 oz rose syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime juice (fresh preferred)
  • 1/2 cup ginger kombucha or sparkling/still coconut water
  • Edible rose buds (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the lychees and optional sweetener to a shaker and muddle until the juices are released.
  2. Add the lychee juice, rose syrup, lime juice, and ice cubes to the shaker.
  3. Shake for 10 to 15 seconds until combined.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass.
  5. Top with your choice of mixer, stir gently, and garnish with optional lychees and edible rose buds.

Notes

Best enjoyed freshly made, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
