Game Night Snacks

Delightful and easy-to-make snacks perfect for sharing during game night.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of your favorite snack chips (e.g., tortilla chips, potato chips)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional, for a spicy kick)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your baking tray by lining it with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Spread the snack chips evenly on the baking tray.
  4. Mix the cooked chicken and salsa together in a bowl.
  5. Cover the chips with the chicken and salsa mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
  7. Add sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese, if desired.
  8. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  10. Serve with sour cream on the side and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes

These snacks can be customized with different toppings or cheeses to suit your taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days. Freeze assembled snacks for up to 2 months.
