Mummy Cheesecake

A fun and festive dessert with a spooky twist, perfect for Halloween gatherings.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Candy eyes for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  9. Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the cheesecake, then add candy eyes for decoration.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracking.
