Mango Pineapple Iced Tea

A refreshing drink that blends ripe mangoes and pineapple with the robust taste of black tea.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of black tea
  • 30ml hot water
  • 30g ripe mangoes, muddled
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Boil water and pour 30ml of hot water into a cup. Steep the black tea bag for about 3 minutes.
  2. While the tea steeps, peel and chop the mangoes, and muddle them gently in a glass.
  3. Remove the tea bag and pour the tea over the muddled mangoes.
  4. Fill the glass with ice to chill the tea.
  5. Stir well to mix the mango juice with the tea, then enjoy!

Notes

Best served chilled. Garnish with fresh mango or mint for added flair.
