Margarita Popsicles

A cool, adult twist on a summer treat, blending lime, raspberries, tequila, and orange liqueur into refreshing ice pops.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup water or orange juice
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  3. Add fresh raspberries and a lime slice if desired. Top off with more mixture if needed.
  4. Freeze overnight for best results.

Notes

For a healthier option, use fresh orange juice instead of orange liqueur and reduce tequila. Great for meal prep!
