Blackberries and Cream Margarita

A refreshing twist on the classic margarita with sweet blackberries and creamy coconut, perfect for summer parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Orange Liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 810 Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add 5-6 blackberries and your lime juice.
  2. Muddle all the blackberries until they are fully mushed.
  3. Add in your tequila, orange liqueur, coconut cream, and ice.
  4. Shake for at least 20 seconds.
  5. Coat the rim of your glass with the lime wedge. Then coat that area with the sugar.
  6. Fill your cocktail glass to the top with ice.
  7. Strain your contents from your cocktail shaker into your cocktail glass.
  8. Garnish with the remaining blackberries.
  9. Enjoy.

Notes

For a frozen version, blend the ingredients with ice. Serve chilled for the best flavor.
