Mason Jar Salads

Ingredients

  • Dressing (2 tbsp)
  • Hard veggies/grains (e.g., chopped carrots, chickpeas)
  • Proteins (e.g., cooked chicken or tofu)

  • Greens (e.g., baby spinach)

Instructions

  1. Add dressing to the bottom of the jar.
  2. Layer in hard veggies or grains.

  5. Stuff in your leafy greens.
  6. Seal the jar and store in the fridge.

Notes
