Matcha Honey Lavender Fog

A delightful drink combining earthy matcha with sweet and floral lavender notes, perfect for relaxation.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup steamed almond milk, micro-foamed
  • 1 Tbsp honey-lavender syrup
  • Pinch of lavender buds

Instructions

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of ceremonial-grade matcha into a heatproof bowl or cup.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of hot water over the matcha.
  3. Whisk the matcha and water together until frothy.
  4. Stir in the honey-lavender syrup until completely mixed.
  5. Pour the matcha mixture into a glass.
  6. Gently float the steamed almond milk on top of the matcha layer.
  7. Dust the top of the drink with a pinch of lavender buds for garnish.

Notes

Best served immediately for optimal flavor and presentation.
