Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breast

A creamy and cheesy chicken dish that is fork-tender and bursting with flavor, perfect for busy nights or special occasions.

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts (trimmed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Arrange chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.
  8. Switch to broil for 2-3 minutes for extra browning.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Check that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) for safety. Adjust seasoning to taste.
