Melting Snowman Oreo Balls

Cute and tasty Melting Snowman Oreo Balls made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and chocolate, perfect for winter celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or peppermint extract (optional)
  • 12 ounces white chocolate or melting wafers
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut or canola oil
  • 24 Rolo candies
  • 12 mini Oreos
  • Assorted sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line two large sheet pans with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Place the Oreos in a food processor or blender and pulse into fine crumbs. Mix Oreo crumbs with cream cheese and extract until fully combined.
  3. Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on the prepared sheet pan.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the Oreo balls for at least 1 hour or freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate and oil together in a double boiler or microwave at 50% power until smooth.
  6. Dip each Oreo ball in the melted chocolate and return to the sheet pan.
  7. Quickly add assorted sprinkles for eyes and nose decorations.
  8. Place a mini Oreo on top of each ball, followed by a Rolo, dipped in chocolate.
  9. Chill again for another hour to set completely. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
