Midnight Frost Christmas Punch

A magical holiday punch combining blackberry, pomegranate, and grape juices, topped with sparkling water for a festive fizz.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blackberry juice (chilled)
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice (chilled)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda (chilled)
  • 1/2 cup grape juice (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • Edible silver glitter or luster dust (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh blackberries (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, mix the blackberry juice, pomegranate juice, and grape juice.
  2. Stir in the blue curaçao syrup to achieve a deep blue hue.
  3. Add the lemon juice for a refreshing tartness.
  4. Just before serving, gently stir in the sparkling water or lemon-lime soda and sprinkle edible glitter for shimmer.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the punch over, and garnish with blackberries and mint.

Notes

Serve in clear glasses to showcase the vibrant color. Best enjoyed fresh.
