Midnight Matcha Mint Cooler

A refreshing drink that combines the vibrant flavors of matcha, mint, and lemon, perfect for warm evenings or any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon strong matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons mint simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Soda water
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place strong matcha powder in a mixing bowl or glass.
  2. Add cold water to the matcha and whisk until dissolved.
  3. Add mint simple syrup and lemon juice, stir until combined.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and pour the matcha mixture over it.
  5. Top with soda water for a refreshing sparkle.
