Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 slices of turkey
  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Jam (raspberry or strawberry) – optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls without separating them and place the bottom halves into the prepared pan.
  3. Layer half of the Swiss cheese slices onto the rolls, followed by the ham slices, turkey slices, and remaining cheese slices on top.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over the sliders.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese melts and the buns are golden brown. Cover loosely with tin foil if needed to prevent burning.
  7. After baking, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve with jam or maple syrup if desired.
