No-Bake Easter Cloud Cups

Delightful no-bake dessert cups layered with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and crushed cookies, perfect for Easter festivities.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup crushed vanilla cookies or graham crackers
  • Pastel Easter candies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. Beat the mixture until soft peaks form, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
  3. In your small cups, layer the crushed cookies at the bottom. This will be your crunchy base.
  4. Next, add a layer of the whipped cream on top of the cookies. Spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the whipped cream.
  6. If desired, repeat layers with another layer of crushed cookies and whipped cream, followed by more marshmallows.
  7. Finish by topping with colorful pastel candies for that festive look.
  8. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow everything to set and flavors to meld together.
