A refreshing non-alcoholic drink that combines the flavors of fruits and spices, perfect for gatherings or quiet evenings at home.

  • 2 cups of apple cider
  • 1 cup of pear juice (optional)
  • 2 cups of ginger beer (optional)
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional)
  • Extra fruit and rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Start by chopping the apple and orange into rings and slice the pear lengthwise.
  2. Mix the Base: In a pitcher, combine the non-alcoholic white wine, apple cider, and pear juice (if using), and stir gently.
  3. Add the Fruit and Spices: Add the sliced fruit and cinnamon sticks into the pitcher and stir gently.
  4. Taste and Sweeten: Taste the sangria; if sweeter flavor is desired, add the maple syrup and stir until combined.
  5. Add the Ginger Beer: Pour in the ginger beer if serving immediately and stir gently.
  6. Chill if Needed: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours if preparing ahead.
  7. Serve Over Ice: Pour over ice in glasses and garnish with extra fruit and rosemary.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 days. Avoid freezing as it may change the texture of the fruits.
