North Star Latte

A warm and cozy North Star Latte that combines rich espresso or coffee, creamy milk, and sweet maple syrup topped with cinnamon.

  • 1 cup of milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 shot of espresso (or 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee)
  • 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon for topping
  • Optional: Whipped cream for an extra indulgence

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk until it is steaming hot in a small saucepan over medium heat, careful not to let it boil.
  2. Use a milk frother to froth the hot milk until creamy, or whisk vigorously until bubbles form.
  3. Brew the espresso or strong coffee in a cozy mug.
  4. Stir the maple syrup into the hot espresso until blended and dissolved.
  5. Slowly pour the steamed milk over the brewed espresso, letting the frothy layer rise to the top.
  6. Sprinkle a light dusting of cinnamon on top, and add whipped cream if desired.
  7. Enjoy your latte while warm, savoring the delightful flavors.

Notes
