Nutmeg Toasted Coconut Cocoa

A delightful drink combining the rich flavors of cocoa and coconut with a warming touch of nutmeg, perfect for cozy evenings or chilly mornings.

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Toasted coconut flakes for topping

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of coconut milk into a small saucepan and warm on low to medium heat.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the warm coconut milk.
  3. Sprinkle in ½ teaspoon of nutmeg and stir well to combine.
  4. Continue stirring until heated through, ensuring it does not boil.
  5. Pour the cocoa mixture into your favorite mug.
  6. Add a generous amount of toasted coconut flakes on top.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle a bit more nutmeg on top for extra flavor.

Notes
