One-Pan Pumpkin Dump Cake

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup crumb topping (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin cake mix, pumpkin puree, water, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well until everything is smooth and combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. If using, sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature, with whipped cream if desired.
