One Pan Sausage Green Beans

A tasty and easy meal that combines flavorful sausages with healthy green beans and hearty baby potatoes, all cooked on one baking sheet for minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 450 g baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 225 g green beans, washed and trimmed
  • 1 small yellow onion, sliced or cut into wedges
  • Sausages of your choice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the baby potatoes, green beans, onion, and sausages.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until sausages are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve hot.

Notes

For a nice presentation, transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs. Pairs well with crusty bread or salad.
