Orange, Ginger & Turmeric Smoothie

A vibrant and nutritious smoothie packed with health benefits, perfect for breakfast or a quick energy boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 small oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 small carrot, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced ginger, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/41/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, starting with 1/4 cup of coconut milk and adding more as needed.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Best served cold. Garnish with a slice of orange or a pinch of turmeric for added flair.
