Overnight Brownie Batter Oats With Toppings

A delightful breakfast combining rich brownie batter flavor with healthy oats, perfect for meal prepping.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond or coconut)
  • 1 oz protein powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Sweetener to taste (sugar or sugar substitute)
  • Optional toppings: peanut butter, chia seeds, bananas, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a jar or airtight container, combine oats, milk, cocoa powder, protein powder (if using), sea salt, and sweetener. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours) to let oats soften and flavors meld.
  3. In the morning, stir again and add toppings as desired (peanut butter, chia seeds, banana, shredded coconut).
  4. Enjoy cold, or warm briefly if desired.

Notes

These oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Leave out toppings if freezing.
