Peach Sangria with Chamomile and Thyme

A delightful and refreshing Peach Sangria infused with chamomile and thyme, perfect for sunny days and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup chamomile tea, brewed and cooled
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
  • 12 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew the chamomile tea by boiling water, adding tea bags, steeping for 5 minutes, then cooling.
  2. Slice fresh peaches into thin pieces.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine peaches, brewed chamomile tea, honey/agave syrup, and thyme. Stir well.
  4. Pour in the bottle of dry white wine and stir gently to combine.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Before serving, add ice cubes and pour in sparkling water or soda.
  7. Give it a gentle stir, serve in glasses, and garnish with a peach slice or thyme if desired.

Notes

Can be prepared ahead of time for convenience. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
