Ingredients

  • 0.5 ounce pear syrup
  • 5 ounces ginger ale
  • Rosemary for garnish
  • Pear syrup for rimming
  • Granulated sugar for rimming

Instructions

  1. Prepare a small plate with granulated sugar.
  2. Lightly coat the rim of a coupe glass with pear syrup.
  3. Dip the syrup-rimmed glass into the sugar to coat the rim evenly.
  4. Pour the pear syrup into the prepared glass.
  5. Add the ginger ale into the glass.
  6. Stir gently to combine while preserving the fizz.
  7. Add ice if desired.
  8. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
