Pear and Brie Stuffed Pastries

Delightful pastries filled with sweet ripe pears and rich Brie cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 2 ripe pears, diced
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix the diced pears, cubed Brie, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Cut the puff pastry into squares and place a spoonful of the pear and Brie mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally drizzled with honey. Great for brunch or gatherings.
