Pear Vanilla Black Tea

A delightful warm beverage combining the rich flavors of black tea with sweet pears and a hint of vanilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 black tea bag
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Honey or sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the black tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bag and add the sliced pear and vanilla extract.
  4. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  5. Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy the autumn flavors.

Notes

This tea can be enjoyed hot or iced. Garnish with a slice of pear or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
