Peppermint Mocha Drift

A delightful drink combining rich chocolate and espresso with a refreshing hint of peppermint, perfect for cozy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint syrup
  • 1 shot espresso
  • Peppermint stick (for garnish)
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of almond milk into a saucepan and place it on medium heat.
  2. Once the almond milk is warm, stir in 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
  3. Prepare 1 shot of espresso using your coffee maker or espresso machine and add it to the saucepan.
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint syrup to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Pour the Peppermint Mocha Drift into a mug and garnish with a peppermint stick and chocolate shavings.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator and consume within 1-2 days. Do not freeze.
