Peppermint Vanilla Latte

A delightful drink combining rich coffee, creamy milk, vanilla, and peppermint for a festive holiday flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 cups strong coffee
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. In your multicooker, combine the milk, coffee, sugar, vanilla, and peppermint.
  2. Mix everything well until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Close the lid of the multicooker, ensuring the valve is set to the STEAM position.
  4. Set the cooker to Slow Cook on LOW for 120 minutes.
  5. After 120 minutes, switch to the WARM setting.
  6. Taste the latte and adjust sweetness or mint flavor to your liking.
  7. Ladle the latte into glasses or mugs.
  8. Top with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, peppermint sticks, or other garnishes.

Notes

Serve warm with festive garnishes. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
