Peppermint White Hot Chocolate

A delightful winter drink that combines the smoothness of white chocolate with the refreshing coolness of peppermint, perfect for cozy nights or holiday gatherings.

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 50 grams low sugar white chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 candy cane

Instructions

  1. For the almond milk version, combine almond milk, white chocolate, and peppermint extract in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir gently until the chocolate melts completely, then pour into a mug and serve warm.
  3. For the regular milk version, combine milk, white chocolate, and broken candy cane in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Stir gently until the mixture is melted and combined, then pour into a mug and serve warm.
  5. Top with whipped cream and crushed candy cane if desired.

Notes

For added sweetness, use regular white chocolate or include whipped cream and toppings. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
