Pigs in blankets are fun and tasty snacks made with small sausages wrapped in soft, buttery dough. Perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 12 oz Package Beef Lit’l Smokies
  • 10 oz Can Crescent Roll Dough

Instructions

  1. Open the tin of refrigerated crescent rolls and unroll the dough on a clean cutting board.
  2. Slice each dough triangle into 3 smaller triangles.
  3. Roll each piece of dough around a small cocktail sausage, ensuring it is well-covered.
  4. Place the wrapped sausages on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan, leaving space between them.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. If desired, brush with beaten egg before baking for a shiny finish.

Notes

Best served warm with dipping sauces like mustard, ketchup, or barbecue sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
