Pineapple Coconut Mojito Tea

A refreshing drink combining mint, lime, pineapple, and coconut with a green tea base, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed green tea (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 56 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a glass using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the oils.
  2. Add ice to the glass, filling it to the top.
  3. Pour in the chilled green tea, followed by pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice.
  4. Stir well until combined, ensuring the coconut cream is mixed without clumps.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime slice on the rim of the glass.

Notes

Best served chilled with fresh mint leaves, a pineapple wedge, and a lime slice. Can be made in pitchers for gatherings.
