Pineapple Ginger Lemonade Punch

A refreshing drink that blends pineapple juice, lemonade, and ginger ale for a tropical delight, perfect for any occasion.

  • 32 oz pineapple juice, chilled
  • 32 oz cold water
  • 8 oz lemonade
  • 16 oz ginger ale, chilled
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Pineapple chunks for garnish
  • Mint sprigs (optional)
  • Vodka, rum, or sparkling wine (optional for boozy version)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine lemonade, water, and pineapple juice. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.
  2. Just before serving, add the ginger ale to keep the bubbles fresh.
  3. Drop in lemon slices and pineapple chunks for garnish.
  4. Serve over ice if desired.
  5. For the best flavor, chill all ingredients before mixing.
  6. If you wish to create a boozy version, add vodka, rum, or sparkling wine.
  7. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for a day; add fresh ginger ale when ready to serve again.

Notes

Can be made in advance; add ginger ale just before serving to keep it fizzy.
