Pink Elephant Cocktail

A vibrant pink cocktail that combines gin and liqueurs with grapefruit juice for a refreshing twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Dry Gin
  • 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Blackberry Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • Grapefruit twist or blackberry for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour 2 oz of Dry Gin into the shaker.
  3. Add 1/2 oz of Maraschino Liqueur.
  4. Add 1/2 oz of Blackberry Liqueur.
  5. Add 1/2 oz of Simple Syrup.
  6. Add 3/4 oz of Grapefruit Juice.
  7. Add 1/2 oz of Lime Juice.
  8. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
  9. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  10. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel or a fresh blackberry, if desired.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy your Pink Elephant cocktail.

Notes

For a healthier version, use a sugar substitute instead of Simple Syrup.
