Pistachio Cranberry Winter Latte

A delightful drink that combines creamy pistachio milk with tart cranberry purée, perfect for warm winter days.

  • 1 cup pistachio milk
  • 2 tbsp cranberry purée
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Optional: Pistachio crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Froth the Pistachio Milk: Pour the pistachio milk into a frother or a small pot. Add the maple syrup and froth until creamy.
  2. Prepare the Cranberry: Blend fresh or canned cranberries until smooth to make cranberry purée, straining if desired.
  3. Swirl in the Cranberry: Gently swirl the cranberry purée into the frothed milk.
  4. Serve with Whipped Cream: Pour the mixture into a mug and top with whipped cream.
  5. Garnish: Sprinkle some crushed pistachios on top if desired.

Notes
