Poison Apple Cheesecake

A fun and spooky cheesecake with creamy texture, delightful apple flavor, and a striking red candy glaze, perfect for Halloween gatherings.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup apple pie filling
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • Red candy glaze or icing for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl until combined, then press into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  4. Stir in the apple pie filling, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until smooth.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle.
  8. Let it cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  9. Before serving, drizzle the red candy glaze over the top.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smooth batter. Don’t overmix the eggs to avoid air bubbles. Allow cooling gradually to prevent cracks.
