Polar Star Christmas Cocoa

A cozy and delightful Christmas cocoa made with white chocolate, creamy milk, and a touch of peppermint, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 tsp silver edible shimmer dust
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed peppermint or snowflake sprinkles
  • Mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the whole milk and heavy cream over medium-low heat until warm but not boiling. Stir occasionally.
  2. Add the white chocolate chips and stir constantly until completely melted.
  3. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Adjust sugar to taste.
  4. Gently whisk in the silver edible shimmer dust.
  5. Pour the cocoa into mugs, top with whipped cream, and garnish with crushed peppermint or snowflake sprinkles. Add mini marshmallows if desired.
