Polar Twilight Christmas Cocoa

A delightful cup of warm cocoa blending creamy milk, rich white chocolate, and a hint of peppermint, perfect for festive winter nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • A few drops of blue food coloring
  • Whipped cream (tinted light blue)
  • Edible shimmer dust or silver sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, heavy cream, and white chocolate.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy, then stir in peppermint extract.
  3. Add a few drops of blue food coloring for a soft arctic tint.
  4. Pour into transparent cups or mugs to highlight the pale, wintry hue.
  5. Top with a swirl of light blue whipped cream.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of shimmer dust or silver sprinkles for an icy twilight glow.

Notes

Serve warm with candy canes or peppermint sticks for stirring. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
