Pomegranate Bliss Float

A fun and refreshing drink blending pomegranate juice, bourbon, ginger ale, and vanilla ice cream for a delightful dessert-drink combo.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chilled pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 ounce bourbon
  • 1 cup well chilled ginger ale
  • About 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • Pomegranate arils (optional for garnish)
  • Fresh mint sprigs (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill glasses in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Remove glasses and fill halfway with ice cubes.
  3. In a pitcher, stir together pomegranate juice and bourbon.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the glasses over the ice.
  5. Slowly add ginger ale to each glass, leaving space at the top.
  6. Top with two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  7. Garnish with pomegranate arils and mint sprigs if desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

This drink is not designed to be stored or frozen, best served immediately.
