A delightful non-alcoholic beverage that combines the sweet and tangy flavors of pomegranate with warm cinnamon and a hint of orange.

  • 4 oz pomegranate juice (or cranberry juice)
  • 2 oz cinnamon tea (or 1 oz cinnamon syrup)
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.33 cup soda water (for sparkling version)
  • Optional garnish: cinnamon sticks, pomegranate arils, dehydrated citrus

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients, measuring out the pomegranate juice, cinnamon tea, orange juice, and maple syrup if using.
  2. Add the pomegranate juice, cinnamon tea, orange juice, and maple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with a few ice cubes.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  5. Fill a serving glass halfway with ice.
  6. Pour the mixture from the shaker into the glass over the ice.
  7. If desired, top the drink with soda water and stir gently for a sparkling version.
  8. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, pomegranate arils, or dehydrated citrus.
