Pomegranate Ginger Mocktail

A refreshing non-alcoholic drink that combines the vibrant flavors of pomegranate juice and spicy ginger.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pomegranate juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger root (peeled and grated)
  • 1/4 oz Elderflower cordial (optional)
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely grate the fresh ginger root.
  2. In a mixing glass, pour the pomegranate juice and add the elderflower cordial if using. Spoon in the grated ginger.
  3. Use a muddler to press down on the ginger, releasing its juices and allowing them to mix with the pomegranate juice. Stir to combine.
  4. Place a fine strainer over your serving glass and pour the muddled mixture through to remove solid bits.
  5. Top with sparkling water and add ice if desired.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with pomegranate arils or a slice of fresh ginger.

Notes

Best served fresh; store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
