Pomegranate and Pistachio Boursin Cheese Appetizer

A delightful appetizer combining creamy Boursin cheese with sweet red pepper jelly, crunchy pistachios, and juicy pomegranate seeds, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 packages (150 g) Cracked Black Pepper Boursin cheese
  • 1 cup red pepper jelly
  • 4 tbsp chopped pistachio nuts
  • 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • Crackers or slices of a baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread the Boursin cheese in a shallow serving bowl or pie plate and set aside.
  2. Add the red pepper jelly on top of the cheese and spread it out close to the edges.
  3. Pile on the chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
  4. Season with fresh ground black pepper.
  5. Serve with crackers or slices of a baguette.

Notes

Best served immediately for optimal freshness. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
