Puff Pastry Trees with Burrata & Cranberry Glaze

A delightful dish of flaky pastry, creamy burrata, and tangy cranberry glaze, perfect for holidays and gatherings.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 burrata ball, torn into chunks
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into tree shapes with a knife or pizza cutter.
  3. Place the pastry shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
  5. Top each pastry with chunks of burrata, and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and puffed.
  7. Serve warm with cranberry glaze if desired.

Notes

These pastry trees are best served warm and can be paired with salads or included in charcuterie boards.
