Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew with Pumpkin Cold Foam

A refreshing fall drink combining cold brew coffee and creamy pumpkin foam, perfect for coffee lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk or dairy-free heavy whip
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin spice or cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • Handful of ice
  • Sprinkle of pumpkin spice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine oat milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and a pinch of salt in a small jar.
  2. Froth the ingredients until well combined and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Prepare a glass with ice.
  4. Pour cold brew coffee over the ice until the glass is three-quarters full.
  5. Carefully pour the pumpkin cold foam on top.
  6. Lightly stir to combine flavors without mixing fully.
  7. Sprinkle pumpkin spice on top for garnish and serve.

Notes

Store leftover pumpkin cold foam in the refrigerator for up to two days. Froth again before serving.
