Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

A delightful and trendy drink combining cold brew coffee with creamy pumpkin foam, perfect for fall.

  • 1 cup cold brew
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • Ice
  • Vanilla syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pumpkin cream foam by combining pumpkin puree, cream, maple syrup, and a dash of pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
  2. Use a blender or whisk to whip the mixture until light and fluffy.
  3. Fill a cup or glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the cold brew over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
  5. Add a splash of vanilla syrup to the cold brew and stir gently.
  6. Top the cold brew with the pumpkin cream foam.
  7. Sprinkle more pumpkin pie spice on top and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftover pumpkin cream in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
