  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Green frosting for decoration
  • Mini pumpkin candies for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Mix the graham cracker crumbs (or chocolate cookie crumbs) with melted butter in a bowl.
  4. Press this mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to form a firm crust.
  5. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and sour cream to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  10. Decorate with green frosting and mini pumpkin candies before serving.
  11. Slice and serve your Pumpkin Patch Cheesecake.
