  • 2 oz pumpkin spice milk or plant creamer
  • 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin purée
  • ½ oz maple syrup or brown sugar syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus extra for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill your espresso or cold brew if not already cold
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine espresso, pumpkin spice creamer, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes
  4. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to create foam
  5. Strain into a chilled martini glass
  6. Top with whipped topping if using and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice
