This Pumpkin Spice Fireball Sangria is the ultimate fall cocktail — warm, spiced, bold, and party-ready. A rich blend of apple cider, cranberry juice, pumpkin purée, and cinnamon whiskey creates an unforgettable seasonal punch everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups fresh apple cider
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • ½ cup Fireball cinnamon whiskey (or cinnamon syrup for non-alcoholic version)
  • Apple slices (Honeycrisp or Gala)
  • Orange slices
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a serving pitcher, whisk the pumpkin purée into the apple cider until smooth.
  2. Add the cranberry juice and orange juice, stirring to combine.
  3. Stir in the Fireball whiskey (or cinnamon syrup) and adjust to taste.
  4. Slice apples and oranges into rounds, keeping the peel on.
  5. Add sliced fruit and cinnamon sticks to the pitcher, stir gently.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
  7. To serve, fill glasses with ice and pour sangria over, including fruit and a cinnamon stick in each glass.

Notes

For the best texture, whisk pumpkin purée with a small amount of cider first to create a smooth slurry. Sangria can be made up to 24 hours in advance and improves with chill time.
